A: In order to standardize food business licenses, in accordance with the "Measures for the Administration of Food Business Licenses and Filing", "General Rules for the Examination of Food Business Licenses", and "Implementation Measures for the Administration of Food Business Licenses and Filing in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Region", the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation has formulated the Detailed Rules for the Examination of Food Business Licenses in Beijing (hereinafter referred to as the Examination Detailed Rules) based on the actual situation in Beijing.

A: The Examination Detailed Rules apply to the review of food business license applications by market supervision and management departments at all levels in Beijing or relevant departments determined by the municipal and district people's governments.

Q: When will the Examination Detailed Rules come into effect?
A: The Examination Detailed Rules have been implemented since August 1, 2025, and the " Detailed Rules for the Examination of Food Business Licenses in Beijing (Trial)" are simultaneously abolished.
