Female employees have 98 days for eutocia as maternity leave, including 15 days of prenatal leave; An additional 15 days would be allowed for dystocia; For multi-birth, extra 15 days shall be given per additional birth. Female employees shall also enjoy 80 days reward leave if the children they have are in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. |

For terminate pregnancy which less than 4 months, 15 days of maternity leave shall be given; For terminate pregnancy which more than 4 months but less than 7 months, 42 days of maternity leave shall be given; For terminate pregnancy which more than 7 months, 75 days of maternity leave shall be given. |

For female employees who are in lactation period for infants younger than 1 year old, should not be allocated to night shifts or long working hours. |

One of the working hours per day can be used for breast-feeding. For multiple infants in lactation period, one extra hour should be given to female employees per additional infant. |
