How is a manager appointed? |

In a limited liability company, the appointment of a manager shall be approved by many of the voting rights of all shareholders. In a company limited by shares, a manager shall be appointed by a resolution by the board of directors adopted with the attendance of a majority of the directors and the consent of most of the directors present. |

If a company has two or more managers, are there any requirements regarding their titles? |

The titles of company managers may be determined at the company’s discretion. For company registration purposes, all such individuals shall be registered as managers. |

When a foreign national serves as a company manager, the proof of residence may consist of a copy if the manager’s passport annotated with the current residential address, whether located domestically or abroad. |
