How to deregister a market entity adjudicated bankruptcy by Court?
A:
Where the people's court makes a ruling on compulsory liquidation or declares bankruptcy, the relevant liquidation team and bankruptcy administrator may directly apply to the registration authority for deregistration on the strength of the ruling of the people's Court on the compulsory liquidation procedures or the ruling on the termination of bankruptcy procedures.

Do market entities need to publish annual reports?
A:
Market entities shall make public their annual reports and relevant registration information in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Q:
Does the business license need to be hung in the office?
A:
Market entities shall place its business license in an eye-catching position in its domicile or main business place. Market entities engaged in e-commerce business shall continuously publicize the business license information or relevant link marks in a prominent position on their home page.

Q:
What should I do if my business license is lost?
A: If the business license is lost or destroyed, the market entity shall declare it invalid through the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System  and apply for a replacement.

Q:
Is it necessary to return the business license to the registration authority when the market entity changes registration particulars?
A: If the registration authority approves the change of registration particulars, deregistration, or revocation of registration according to law, the market entity shall return the business license. If it refuses to return or cannot return the business license, the registration authority shall announce the cancellation of the business license through the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.
