Parents who consider immigrating to Taiwan, in addition to the working and living environment, the educational environment is also the parent’s biggest concern. Many parents who are immigrating to Taiwan will consider Taiwan’s education level and English level when choosing a school. We will share the three types of primary schools in Taiwan for your reference.

Public Schools

The curriculum of Taiwan public schools is relatively easier, and there are less examinations as well as homework. Lower grade students will be dismissed at 12 noon 4 days a week, while primary 3 and 4 are 2 days and 1 day for primary 5 and 6. Therefore, most of the dual-income family will arrange their children to attend cram school after regular school for lunch and finish their homework.
