Yes. Under the quota, the number of S Pass holders the company can hire is capped at 13% of the company’s total workforce in the services sector and 20% in all other sectors. |

Yes, the company is required to pay a monthly levy for each S Pass holder they employ. The levy liability starts from the day the S Pass is issued and ends when the pass is cancelled or expires. |

For S Pass application filed online, it takes up to three (3) weeks for most cases. It may take longer when additional documents are required by the MOM. |
