A: The insured shall pay a monthly premium of TWD 78.

Q: Are farmer insurance premiums subsidized for insured persons with a disability certificate?
A: The premium payable by the insured is as follows:
  1. Severe or very severe disability: No premium is required.
  2. Moderate disability: The monthly premium payable is TWD 39.
  3. Mild disability: The monthly premium payable is TWD 58.

Q: How are farmer insurance premiums paid?
A: Farmer insurance premiums are collected in two installments per year, with each installment covering six months and amounting to TWD 468.

Q: What are the payment deadlines for farmer insurance premiums?
A: The payment deadlines are as follows:
First installment (June- November): Payment must be made by May 31.
Second installment (December-May of the following year): Payment must be made by November 30.


Q: What are the consequences of failing to pay farmer insurance premiums on time?
A: In addition to being charged late fees, any insurance benefits claimed during the period of unpaid premiums will be denied in accordance with the law. Benefits may only be paid after all outstanding premiums and late fees have been fully settled.
