Q: For those currently covered by civil servants’ insurance or military personnel insurance, can they also apply for farmers insurance and farmers’ occupational injury insurance at the same time?
A: No, they cannot.

Q: After a farmers insurance enrollee joins civil servants’ insurance or military personnel insurance, can they continue participating in farmers insurance and farmers’ occupational injury insurance?
A: No, they cannot. Once an enrollee joins civil servants’ insurance or military personnel insurance (i.e., has another occupation), they are no longer eligible to remain insured.

Q: For those currently covered by labor insurance, can they also apply for farmers insurance and farmer occupational injury insurance at the same time?
A: No, they cannot.

Q: If a farmers insurance enrollee also participates in labor insurance due to part time work, can they continue participating in farmers insurance and farmers occupational injury insurance?
A: As long as the total number of days does not exceed 180 within one year (from 1/1 to 12/31), they may continue participating in farmers insurance and farmers’ occupational injury insurance.

Q: If a farmer insurance enrollee participates in labor insurance due to having another full-time job, can they continue participating in farmers insurance and farmers’ occupational injury insurance?
A: If they no longer engage in agricultural work after joining labor insurance (i.e., they have another full-time occupation), they should voluntarily apply for withdrawal from the insurance.
