Q: If I have already received other social insurance benefits, can I still participate in the farmer insurance program?
A: According to regulations, individuals who have not yet received old-age benefits from other social insurance schemes are eligible to enroll in farmer insurance as insured persons.

Q: I am about to retire from my company. After receiving old-age benefits under Labor Insurance, can I still participate in the farmer insurance program?
A: Once old-age benefits under Labor Insurance have been received, enrollment in farmer insurance is no longer permitted.

Q: For those who had already enrolled in farmers insurance before February 1, 2013, and have received old-age benefits under other social insurance schemes, may they continue participating in farmer insurance?
A: In principle, they may continue participating in farmer insurance, unless a change in eligibility results in the loss of their qualification for coverage.

Q: How should the notarization of a farmland lease be carried out?
A: It should be conducted in accordance with the Notary Act, either at the District Court (Notary Office) or through a licensed private notary.

Q: What is the monthly insured amount under farmer insurance?
A: Effective February 10, 2023, the monthly insured amount under farmer insurance has been adjusted to TWD 20,400.
