A: They can apply the housing provident fund withdraw if they buy the commodity house with spouse, parents or children.

Q:
The housing provident fund payers pay the housing provident house in Shenzhen, and have commodity house in other cities, whether they can apply the housing provident fund withdraw repeatedly?
A:
For the same commodity house, they can only apply for the withdrawal for purchasing a self-occupied house once, not multiple times.

Q:
The housing provident fund payers who have two commodity houses, can they withdraw and use the provident fund to repay the mortgage?
A:
At the same period, the housing provident fund payers can only choose one of the houses to apply for the repayment of the principal and interest of the purchase loan. After the withdrawal of the house is terminated, they can apply for the repayment of the principal and interest of the other house.

Q:
Can the housing provident fund payers apply for a rental housing withdrawal if they have a house in another place?
A:
The housing provident fund payers and their family members who do not have commodity house, policy-related housing and indemnificatory housing in Shenzhen can apply for rental housing. If they have a house in another city and do not have a house in Shenzhen, they can apply for a rental housing withdrawal. In addition, since September 30, 2010, if the housing provident fund payers and their family members purchase the third and above houses (including in other city), the third and above houses will not be subject to the withdrawal of house purchase and loan repayment.

Q:
Can the housing provident fund payers apply for a provident fund loan to buy a house in other cities other than Shenzhen?
A:
At present, Shenzhen Provident Fund loans only support the purchase of commodity housing (residential) and indemnificatory housing in Shenzhen. Applications for provident fund loans for house purchases in other cities will not be accepted.
