Q:
How do I determine the company's capital? Is there any limitation for the company registered capital?
A:
There are no limits for the minimum capital limit in the Taiwan Companies Act, however, the registered capital should be able to cover the expenses of the company during the initial operations. We recommend that the registered capital should cover the operating expense for at least half a year.

Q:
Could I use my residence address as the registered address of the company?
A:
The company registered address can be registered at the individual's residence address, however, the house tax, land price tax, water and electricity fees will become the business expense rates, which are higher. Therefore, Kaizen could provide the registered address service for the establishment of your company.

Q:
If the company registered address is the address of my friend, and it is free of charge. Should I need to sign a lease agreement?
A:
Although it is free, you will still need to sign a lease agreement, and the fee could be zero.

Q:
How many shareholders and directors should be in a company?
A:
Taiwan Company Limited should have at least one shareholder and one director, they could be the same person.

Q:
Could I ask someone to remit the company's capital on behalf of me?
A:
Only the shareholders could assist to remit the capital, others are not accepted. For example, a company has Shareholder A and Shareholder B, it is fine that Shareholder B assists Shareholder A to remit the capital.
