Q: Is sending our own company employees to assist other companies in their business operations considered as employment services?
A: No, the business of providing manpower support to engage in dispatched work entrusted by business organizations in classified as “Manpower Dispatched”.

Q: What is the definition of employment services?
A: According to the Employment Services Act, businesses such as employment introduction or human resources brokerage, accepting commissions to recruit employees, and providing employment consultation or vocational psychological testing to assist citizens in formulating career development plans are all classified as “Employment Service”.

Q: Which authority is responsible for applying for the license?
A: Please apply to the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor.

Q: What are the application requirements for an employment service license?
A: The company must hire corresponding statutory employment service professionals according to the actual number of employees; and broker foreigners to work in Taiwan or Taiwanese to work abroad. The minimum capital is TWD 5,000,000.

Q: How long does it take to apply for an employment service license?
A: The application process takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
