What is a Key Executive (KE)? |
|
A: |
A Key Executive is a designated individual within the licensed agency who takes charge of the company's overall management and day-to-day running. This person also ensures that the agency follows all rules under the Travel Agents Act and STB directives.
The KE serves as the main point of contact for all regulatory communications. In a sole proprietorship, the proprietor can act as the KE; in a partnership, one of the partners may take on this role.
