Recently, the Commerce Bureau of Nansha District of Guangzhou issued the 2024 application guidelines for foreign invested enterprises (FIEs) support funds, which specifies the application period and rewarding criteria for 2024 Guangzhou Nansha special funds to promote and support the development of FIEs. The details are as follows:

1. Reward for New FIEs
   
   

   (1)	FIEs (excluding real estate, finance and similar finance industry projects) established in Nasha District in 2023 and with an actual paid in foreign investment amount of USD30 million or above in 2023 are eligible for rewards of 1% of the actual paid in foreign investment amount in 2023.
   (2)	Manufacturing type FIEs established in Nasha District in 2023 and with an actual paid in foreign investment amount of USD10 million or above in 2023 are eligible for rewards of 1.5% of the actual paid in foreign investment amount in 2023.
   (3)	The highest one shall be adopted if the two criteria above are satisfied at the same time.

   
   
2. Reward for Existing FIEs
   
   

   (1)	FIEs (excluding real estate, finance and similar finance industry projects) with an actual increased foreign investment amount of USD10 million or above in 2023 are eligible for rewards of 1% of the actual increased foreign investment amount in 2023.
   (2)	Manufacturing type FIEs with an actual increased foreign investment amount of USD5 million or above in 2023 are eligible for rewards of 1.5% of the actual increased foreign investment amount in 2023.
   (3)	The highest one shall be adopted if the two criteria above are satisfied at the same time.

   
   
3. Reward for Headquarters of Foreign Multinational Companies
   
   Regional headquarters of foreign multinational companies (excluding real estate, finance and similar finance industry projects) with an actual paid in foreign investment amount of USD10 million or above in 2023 and recognized by Guangdong Province are eligible for rewards of 1.5% of the actual paid in foreign investment amount in 2023.
   
   
4. Reward for Professional Agencies
   
   Professional Agencies that provide services to FIEs registered in Nasha District：
   

   (1)	are eligible for a reward of RMB50,000 when the total number of FIEs they have served reached 15 in 2023.
   (2)	are eligible for a reward of RMB80,000 when the total number of FIEs they have served reached 30 in 2023.
   (3)	are eligible for a reward of RMB120,000 when the total number of FIEs they have served reached 50 in 2023.

   
   
5. Application Period
   
   Eligible enterprises shall submit the application documents during the period from 17 June to 21 June 2024.
