Eligible Macao investors may apply for a free registered address from the Commercial Services Bureau of Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin according to the Administration Measures for the Registration of the Domicile of Market Entities of Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, which came into force on 19 September 2022.

1. Application Conditions
   
   The investment or capital contribution proportion of the Macao investors shall exceed 50%. The enterprise must apply for the change of its registered address if the investors fail to meet the conditions due to equity transfer or change of capital contrition after the establishment of the enterprise.
   
   
2. Validity of the Address
   
   The certification for registered address of the enterprise is valid for 3 years upon issuance. The enterprise must apply for the change of registered address or deregistration after expiration. It will be included in the list of abnormal operations if it fail to change the registered address or deregister and cannot be reached.
   
   
3. Restrictions
   
   The registered address of the enterprise must be marked with the wording of “centralized office area”. The address can only be used as the registered address of the enterprise. It will not have a physical workplace or office in that address.
