The first list covers six major fields, i.e., taxation, construction, planning, medical treatment, maritime affairs and cultural tourism, with a total of 20 professional qualifications, which include:

4. Hong Kong Registered Professional Engineer (Structural)
5. Hong Kong Registered Professional Engineer (Geotechnical)
6. Hong Kong Registered Professional Engineer (Civil)
7. Hong Kong Registered Professional Engineer (Motor)
8. Hong Kong Registered Professional Engineer (Building Equipment)
9. Hong Kong Registered Professional Surveyor (Quantity Survey Section)
10. Hong Kong Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Survey Section)
11. Hong Kong Registered Professional Surveyor (Industrial Survey Section)
12. Authorized Signatory of a Hong Kong Registered Contractor
13. Hong Kong Registered Professional Planner
14. Macao City Planner
15. Hong Kong Doctor
16. Macao Doctor
17. Foreign Doctor
18. Senior Crew of countries that have executed a mutual recognition agreement on crew certificates with China
19. Hong Kong Tour Guide or Tour Leader
20. Macao Tour Guide

Professionals that holding overseas professional qualifications listed above are allowed to practice and provide professional services after filing and registration in Shenzhen in accordance with the relevant regulations.
