Recently, the government of Guangdong Province issued a circular on the reform of replacing no illegal behavior certificate with credit report on its official website, announcing that Guangdong Province will implement the said reform within 2021.

Upon implementation of the reform, enterprises in Guangdong Province will no longer have to apply for a no illegal behavior certificate from relevant government departments separately. They may log on a website named "credit Guangdong" (https://credit.gd.gov.cn/) to print out their credit report directly. The credit report will replace the following 11 types of no illegal behavior certificate:

1. no illegal behavior certificate in the field of construction investment
2. no illegal behavior certificate in the field of human resources and social security
3. no illegal behavior certificate in the field of construction market supervision
4. no illegal behavior certificate in the field of housing provident fund
5. no illegal behavior certificate in the field of cultural law enforcement
6. no illegal behavior certificate in the field of safe production
7. no illegal behavior certificate in the field of market supervision
8. no illegal behavior certificate in the field of tax (including the payment of social security)
9. no illegal behavior certificate in the field of fire safety
10. no illegal behavior certificate in the field of medicine supervision
11. no illegal behavior certificate in the field of medical security

The time cost of enterprises will be greatly reduced and their business activities such as listing and financing will be further facilitated after the implementation of the above mentioned reform.
