The Directorate-General of Personnel Administration released the “Circular on Part of the Holiday Arrangement in 2025” on November 27, 2024. According to the above Circular, the official holidays for year 2025 are scheduled as follows:

   1th January 2025 (one day off in total).
   
   
2. Spring Festival (Chinese New Year)
   
   From 25th January to 2th February 2025 (nine days off in total).
   8th February 2025 (Saturday) is adjusted to official working day.
   
   
3. 228 Peace Commemoration Days
   
   From 28th February to 2th March 2025 (three days off in total).
   
   
4. Tomb-sweeping Festival
   
   From 3th April to 6th April 2025 (four days off in total).
   
   
5. Labour Day
   
   1th May 2025 (one day off in total).
   
   
6. Dragon Boat Festival
   
   From 30th May to 1th June 2025 (three days off in total).
   
   
7. Mid-autumn Festival
   
   6th October 2025(one day off in total).
   
   
8. National Day
   
   10th October 2025 (one day off in total).
