The newly established company should complete the initial filing within 15 days after the establishment of the company.

A:
If there is a change of the shareholder, the company should file the change on the platform within 15 days after the registration changes of the company are completed.

Q:
The company should file the information of shareholders within 15 days after the establishment or the changes of the company, how to determine the “15 days”?
A:
The company should file the changes on the platform within 15 days after the completion of the establishment or the changes of the company, the "15 days" is counted starting from the second day of the date of the approval letter.

Q:
If the user leaves the platform without declaring the information, is that the information entered will be retained?
A:
Yes, when the user re-login to the platform, the information entered will still retain.

Q:
When there are changes in the company, the company should declare at the platform, what does the “changes” included?
A:
  • The resignation of the directors, supervisors, managers, etc., counted from the date of resignation.

  • The election of the directors and supervisors, the date is counted from the date of the election of the chairman or the resolution date. If the directors or the supervisor are remaining the same and the shareholdings are the same, the company is exempt from the declaration.

  • If there are cases involving the capital increment or capital reduction of the company limited by shares, there will be a record date, and the changing date should base on the record date. For the limited company, the record date should base on the changing date of the Articles of Associations or the agreed record date.

  • If there are cases of share transfer, the changing date should base on the record date on the register of members.
