Q:
How to appoint a managerial officer?
A:
In the case of a limited company, it shall be decided by a majority of voting shares of all shareholders. Reversely, in the case of a company limited by shares, it shall be decided by a resolution to be adopted by a majority vote of the directors at a meeting of the board of directors attended by at least a majority of the entire directors of the company.

Q:
How to distinguish the managerial officer in the case that the number of managerial officers is more than 2 persons?
A:
The title of each managerial officer is possible to be named by the company. From the side of statutory papers, they are all counted as managerial officers.

Q:
What is the proof of identity for oversea Chinese or foreigners to be the managerial officer?
A:
In the case of a foreigner to be the managerial officer, the proof  of identity shall be the foreigner's residence permit issued by the police station or an overseas Chinese identity certificate with a detailed address in the country issued by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission.

Q:
Are the managers of foreign Investment Company subject to domestic domicile or domicile restrictions?
A: Managers are not subject to domestic domicile or residence restrictions.

Q:
Should a manager resign and apply for change registration?
A: The resignation of the original registered manager does not require approval and registration by the competent authority as an effective requirement.
