What is the difference between company limited and limited partnership?
A:
Limited partnership is the same as company limited, which both are juridical person, but limited partnership is a contracted organization, such as capital installment, transfer and withdrawal of capital, distribution of dividends, and existence period these types of contracts. Limited partnership is consisted of normal partners and limited partners. Normal partners are liable for operation but unlimited responsibilities. Reversely, limited partners are not involved with the operation who is only liable for the contribution capital. Company limited is not restricted by the abovementioned description.

What is the difference between limited partnership (with juridical person) and partnership (without juridical person)?
A:
It is much convenient for the one with juridical person to execute its own rights. Reversely, partnership without juridical person should obtain the approvals from all partners before executing its own rights.

Is limited partnership counted as organization on the company name reservation form?
A:
Yes, it is counted as organization.
