A:
A company limited shall elect a director at least to represent the company and execute his/her duties. The maximum number of elected directors is 3 persons.

How to execute the director’s duty in the condition of plural directors?
A:
Depending on the resolution of shareholders made by half of them at least.

Q:
What is the regulation for director to transfer his/her contribution for a company limited?
A:
A shareholder shall not, without the consent of a majority of voting shares of all other shareholders, transfer all or part of his contribution to the capital of the company to another person or persons.

Is it required to inform the debtors upon the change of organization for a company limited?
A: Upon the resolution of change of the organization for a company limited, it is required to inform or announce such fact to each debtor.
