What are the electoral rights?
A:
Upon the appointment of directors by the board of shareholders, each share shall be evened to each number of directors. In the condition of only one director elected or in plurals, the director who wins the most numbers of voting shares is prevalent.

Q:
How to calculate electoral rights?
A:
Generally, the electoral rights would be evened to each directors. In the condition that the chairman of director to appoint, the number of shares for such person would be much prevalent than each one.

Q:
Is it possible to appoint a juridical person to be director or supervisor?
A:
No, only natural person is qualified.

Q:
Is it possible to appoint one promoter solely?
A: No, the number of promoters shall be more than 2 persons at least.

Q:
What is the purpose of special shares?
A: The type and rights of shares shall be regulated and stated in the article of incorporation for each company.
