Q:
What is MOEA ID Card?
A:
To identify user’s identity and avoid any impersonation.
To avoid the holder denying the fact of online transaction.
To protect the transmitted data from exposure and disclosure.
To avoid transaction data being doctored during the process of data transmission.

Q:
What is the application fee for MOEA ID Card?
A:
The application fee for “original card”, “supplementary card”, or “non-IC card” is all TWD420.

Q:
What if the MOEA ID card is expired?
A:
The validity of MOEA ID Card is for 5 years. To avoid the daily business operation upon expiration, the card can be reapplied by 60 days from the date of expiration.

Q:
What is the difference between original card and supplementary card?
A: Either the original or supplementary card van be used as the verification of identity for company, limited partnership, commercial. Online.

Q:
How about the MOEA ID card is lost?
A: In the condition that the MOEA ID card is confirmed lost and such card is still within the validity period, it is suggested to apply for the deregistration of such card for the safety of personal information. The new card can be reapplied for upon the deregistration of original one.
