A:
  1. Maternity allowance;

What are the requirements for applying for maternity allowance?
A:
One of the following conditions shall meet:
  1. The maternity insurance shall be paid normally in the month of childbirth, and the payment shall be paid normally for 9 consecutive months before childbirth;
  2. If the payment before childbirth is less than 9 months, the payment shall be made continuously and normally for 12 months after childbirth (including the month of childbirth);
  3. The maternity insurance shall be paid normally in the month of abortion.

How to calculate maternity allowance?
A:
The maternity allowance is calculated by dividing the average monthly salary of the company where the Insured Employee terminates her pregnancy by 30 and multiplying by the number of days of maternity leave.

How should maternity allowance be paid if allowance is lower than maternity leave salary?
A: If the maternity allowance is higher than the maternity leave salary, the employer shall not deduct it; If the maternity allowance is lower than the maternity leave salary, the employer shall make up the difference.
