A:
The Articles of Association of Taiwan Company does not need to state the company address, it only needs to state the location of the company.

For the Foreign Investment in Taiwan, what are the requirements of the investor representative in Taiwan?
A:
For the foreign investment in Taiwan, foreign investor shall appoint an investor representative in Taiwan for the establishment of company. The investor representative should be a citizen of the Taiwan. However, civil servants in the Taiwan government, teaching personnel employed at public schools, or persons employed by state-owned corporations or serving in the military may not act as the representative of an investor.

For the Mainland Investment in Taiwan, what are the requirements of the investor representative in Taiwan?
A:
For the Mainland Investment in Taiwan, the investor representative should be a Practicing Certified Public Accountant or Lawyer in Taiwan.

Q:
If the investor is a foreign investor, can the capital of the company contribute in cash?
A:
Yes. However, the investor should clearly mention the source of capital contributed and attaching the supporting documents, such as the pay slips in Taiwan or the investment documents.
