Can a limited partnership appoint as a manager?
A:
Yes, but only general partners can serve as a manager of a limited partnership. Limited partners are not allowed to participate in business management or act as representatives for a partnership, therefore, they cannot serve as managers of a limited partnership.

Q:
Is there a limit on the capital amount for a limited partnership?
A:
In the Limited Partnership Law does not impose any restrictions on the amount of share capital. The partners of the company can decide the amount of their contributions on their own. The company can determine the amount of capital based on the actual needs of the business it plans to operate.

Q:
Can a limited partnership return the contributed capital?
A:
The contributed capital cannot be returned unless there is an agreement to the contrary in the partnership agreement.

Q:
Can a limited partnership transfer the contributed capital to someone else?
A: Partners of a limited partnership can transfer their contributed capital to another person in accordance with the provisions of the limited partnership agreement or with the unanimous consent of all other partners.

Q:
Can a legal person also from a limited partnership?
A: Yes, both natural persons and legal entities can become limited partners in a limited partnership.
