The procedure of joining Japan social insurance and the calculation of the employees payroll is quite complex.   1. Basic Service of the Social Insurance

    The basic service of the social insurance refers that the Labor and Social Security Attorney will act as the consultant of the clients to provide the service of basic Social Insurance. The consulting services include the relevant procedure to handle the Social Insurance, Labor Insurance and Labor Management.

    Social and Labor Insurance have become more and more complicated with the continuous revision of relevant laws such as pensions and employment insurance in Japan.   2. Payroll Calculation Service

    The computation of the employees salary is having close relationship with the Japan Labor Laws, Tax Law, Social Insurance, etc. and it is a task will need to complete in a short time. Since the payroll is a confidential job, therefore, it should be in charge by the manager or the trusted employees to complete. Kaizen could provide the payroll services to our client, by delegating this cumbersome work to our specialists, client could dedicate on the company business.

  3. Salary Release Services

    During the release of the salary to the Japanese employees, the client will need to authorize Kaizen to access and operate the company bank account of the client’s Japan Company. Therefore, if the client agrees to authorize Kaizen, the fees will be quoted upon request.
